Ms. Ng was a graduate of University of Malaya having obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 1991. She then proceeded to complete her pupillage at the established firm of Messrs Che Mokhtar & Ling and was eventually called to the Bar on 13th March 1992.

Ms. Ng stayed with Messrs Che Mokhtar & Ling as an advocate & solicitor specialising in the field of litigation mainly civil suits, bankruptcy, winding-up, debt collections for banks and financial institutions from 1992 to 1995 and in 1995 she joined Messrs Allan Chuah & Co.

In 1996, Ms. Ng started her first partnership with Jenny Ee & Ng, which was eventually dissolved in 1997.

Most noted is the established firm of Messrs Ngo & Ng which Ms. Ng set up in 1997 until September 2010. Under the charismatic leadership of Ms. Ng, Messrs Ngo & Ng grew in the field of general conveyancing, banking loans, securities as well as in the field of general litigation. Among the developer’s projects handled by Ms. Ng are three (3) blocks of condominium at Wangsa Metroview condominium at Setapak, Kuala Lumpur in 2004.

In October 2010, Ms. Ng decided to establish a new firm under Ng, Caroline & Partners. She has extensive knowledge and experiences in conducting all conveyance transaction including (but not limited to) transfers, sale and purchase of the properties, loan documentations (secured and unsecured), joint venture agreements, wills, successions, corporate transactions, partnerships and trusts. Ms. Ng now heads the Old Klang Road office after the formation of Messrs Ng, Arlene Tan & Leong in June 2018.
