LYNETTE NG XIN YIN
Lynette obtained her LL.B (Hons) degree from Queen’s University Belfast, United Kingdom. Thereafter, she completed her Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at BPP Birmingham and was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-Law (Middle Temple Inns of Court) in November 2018.
Lynette was actively involved in Pro bono legal activities during her Bar School days. Among others, she shadowed with qualified solicitors at Birmingham Legal Advice Centre and was tasked to provide free legal advice to the local community.
After coming back to Malaysia, she chambered with an established Kuala Lumpur based Capital market/ Corporate law firm where she worked on matters including initial public offering exercises, share acquisitions, and capital market transactions. She was subsequently called to the Bar in August 2020 as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
After being called to the bar, Lynette joined Messrs. Ng, Arlene Tan & Leong, as a junior legal associate. She works together with Ms. Arlene to broaden her experience in the practice of Civil Litigation, Conveyancing, Intellectual Property and Probate matter.
